Converting an empty warehouse into a fully functioning community facility is not a simple paint job. CrossNet Ministries needed every space inside their new 27,000 square foot building in New Holland, PA to feel intentional. Offices, a youth center, a food pantry, and more — each area with its own purpose, its own energy, and its own finish requirements.

PROTO Construction and TONO Group managed the build. They needed a painting and wallcovering subcontractor who could handle a varied scope across a large facility, coordinate with a fixed construction schedule, and deliver quality results without gaps or handoffs. What We Did

Interior Painting
Every room was painted to reflect the function and feel of that space. Clean, professional finishes in the office areas. Bold, energetic color in the youth center. The painting work matched the purpose of each room, not just the spec sheet.

Exterior Painting
The exterior received a full paint application that communicates the facility’s new identity from the street. A warehouse that once blended into its surroundings now signals community and purpose to everyone who passes it.

Wallcovering Installation
Vinyl wallcoverings were installed in high-use areas throughout the building. Wallcovering brings durability and texture to spaces where paint alone is not the right long-term solution. Installation requires precision and proper surface preparation to lay flat, stay clean, and last.

Custom Mural Installation
Murals were installed throughout the facility, giving individual spaces a distinct look that paint alone cannot achieve. Work like this demands careful surface prep and exacting installation. The finished murals bring character and life to the building in a way the client envisioned from the start.
