Job Name: Private Residence - Lancaster, PA

Year Completed: 2023

City: Lancaster

County: Lancaster

Description:

Custom Home. Every Detail Treated That Way.

Custom homes are built with care. The painting should reflect that.

This Manheim Township residence in Lancaster County, PA called for a contractor who could handle both the interior and exterior of a high-quality custom home without cutting corners on preparation, protection, or finish quality. The homeowners wanted results that would last and look the part for years. That is exactly what Hursh Painting delivered.

Residential painting in a custom home is not a roll-and-go job. Surfaces vary. Millwork, trim, and custom details require steady hands and the right materials. Occupied spaces require respect for the home and the people living in it. Hursh Painting brings that level of professionalism to every residential project, regardless of size.

What We Did

Interior Painting
Full interior painting throughout the home, with careful attention to prep, protection of surfaces, and consistent finish quality room to room. Every coat was applied to a properly prepared surface, so the finished product holds up the way it should.

Exterior Painting
The exterior was painted to protect and enhance the home’s appearance from the outside in. Proper surface preparation before the first coat goes on is what separates a paint job that lasts from one that does not.

The Result

The finished home looks exactly as the owners envisioned. Clean, crisp, and consistent from the front door to the back of the house. Interior finishes that hold up to daily life. An exterior that protects the structure and makes a strong first impression.

This project reflects how Hursh Painting approaches residential work: with the same planning, preparation, and professionalism brought to every commercial job, applied to a home that deserves to be treated well.
