Renovating a historic property requires a careful balance of preserving its character while creating a finished space that feels fresh and intentional. At the Oregon Roller Mill in Leola, PA, Master’s Wealth Management wanted to transform the historic mill into a beautiful new space while maintaining many of the details that give the building its character.

Hursh Painting completed extensive interior and exterior painting and finishing work throughout the project. Exterior details included windows, doors, and soffit trim. Inside, new wood trim was carefully stained to blend with the original mill woodwork, while exposed wood ceilings were cleaned and sealed to preserve their natural beauty and highlight the history of the space.
