Finishing the Heart of a Senior Living Community

The Manor Core Building at Willow Valley Communities is where residents gather every day. The library, dining areas, entertainment spaces, activity rooms, and common areas throughout the building are central to life in the Manor community. When a significant renovation of this facility took place in 2023, the finishing work had to match the importance of the space.

CCS Building Group selected Hursh Painting as the painting and wallcovering contractor for the project. With this many distinct spaces across one building, each area had its own finish requirements and its own character. Getting it right meant careful planning, consistent preparation, and a crew that could deliver quality from one end of the building to the other.

What We Did

• Complete interior painting throughout all common spaces, dining areas, activity rooms, entertainment spaces, and more
• Vinyl wallcovering installation in corridors and high-traffic common areas
• Full coordination with the general contractor throughout the project

The Result

The Manor Core Building came out looking exactly as a community centerpiece should. Warm, welcoming, and finished with a quality that holds up to the daily rhythm of a full senior living community.
